BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP TERMS & DISCLAIMER By participating in the Bukhari Sponsorship Program, the business acknowledges that all advertisements, logos, images, and promotional materials are subject to approval by Bukhari Community Center. The Center reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that is inconsistent with Islamic values, community standards, applicable law, or the mission of the organization. The participating business is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership rights of all materials submitted. Display of a business advertisement does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the business, its products, or its services by Bukhari Community Center. Sponsorship is for the agreed display period and location. Placement may be adjusted when reasonably necessary. Failure to make required payments may result in removal of the advertisement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments already made are non-refundable once the advertisement has been produced or displayed. 12-Month Commitment: By signing below, the business agrees to the selected monthly sponsorship rate for a period of twelve (12) months.
